One year on from the launch, the GMW results have exceeded all the designers’ expectations .

The GM machine, a winning and innovative machine, has been enriched by new, highly technological components to make it even simpler, more reliable and more economical.
For a productivity beyond comparison.

The response from the market was that which they expected, knowing that they had created a “perfect” machine.
One year on from the launch, GMW has asserted significantly itself in all the major granite processing centres worldwide. Operators in the sector of some of the most prestigious companies in the field on a worldwide scale have acknowledged the clear superiority of the GMW for the characteristics that distinguish it from other multiwire machines.
The GMW series is number one for its sawing performance, ease, economy of maintenance and simple to use.
The qualities to become a true leader.

The innovation of the cutting frame
The impact of the new GM multiwire was immediate. The machine, designed by GM, rests on two columns. Above this, the innovative sawing system, known as the cutting frame, moves vertically and houses the support shafts of the idle and tensioning motor pulleys that have a double support on an arch-shaped, robustly-made structure. The indeformability of the sawing structure thereby guarantees both no vibrations and also that the constant tensioning of the wires result in a high quality slab, both for its surface finishing and for its consistency of thickness.

Ease of maintenance
To resolve the problem of the re-rubbering and of the subsequent polishing of the guide wire pulleys and of the motor pulley, GM has patented a system to be able to change on the spot, with minimal costs, the plastic pieces from which the grooves are carved out in which the diamond wires run.
With this method, once the grooves are worn out it is sufficient to substitute them, without having to dismantle the flywheel from the machine.
