The waxing machine mod. CR2200 is designed for the waxing of marble or granite slabs with various thickness.
The automatic working cycle is the same of the polishing machine. The waxing machine is in the polishing line more recisely soon after the polishing machine. The profile, the sizes and the thickness of each single slab have been previously stated by the device called "reader" included in the kit of the polishing machine.
The data have been recorded by PLC which controls the functions of both the machines.- The passage of slabs inside the machine is got through a set of motorised rolls set on the same.
- On the entry of the machine, there is a tank containing the wax. It is equipped with a valve which allows to check the coming out of the wax
- The bridge supports all the spindle groups, which provide to the waxing of the material. During the translation motion, the bridge takes out a space which is equal to the width of the slabs to be processed.
- There is a brush with a circular shape on each spindle. The different composition of these brushes allows a regular distribution and taking off of the wax in excess up to reach a high quality of polishing.
