High productive Multiple blade cross cutter machine, , to cut marble e granite strips into the required size of tiles, from 2 up to 12 spindles , by automatic cycle.
The high productivity of this machine whit line speed of 8 m/1',is guaranteed by the fully automatic vacuum loading and unloading systems, transversally to the machine.
An automatic pushing device provides the alignment of the strip while holding it firmly in place during cutting.
All the sliding and motion systems are based on frictionless linear guides, protected by labyrinth and rubber covers.
Each spindle is powered by its own motor, which is driven by a contactless encoder to match accurately the cutting measure.
