Vertical storage
Vertical store for slab drying/resin catalysis, available either in a combined version (drying+catalysis) for a low/medium output rate, or in a dedicated version (drying or catalysis function) for a medium/high output rate.
It is equipped with a forced air recycling heating system, either electrically or gas powered.
Vapour extraction system is automatically managed
by a timer, to avoid storage of vapours
The temperature inside the store is controlled by a thermostatic system.
Elevator
Automatic elevator made up with a stout platform that moves vertically on a rigid four columns structure which grants an high performance level and high precision in vertical movements.
The elevator is equipped with a combined conveyor sysyem with motorized chains and tractor-thruster for the positioning of support frames in the stores served.
The elevator may be equipped with a special roller table to allow slab insetion/extraction from the support frames. |
