GASPARI CONNECT SERVICE(GCS)

Gaspari Connect Service® is the new integrated service of remote assistance available for Gaspari Menotti clients. GCS® is already installed on all Gaspari new generation machines (polishing machines, resin and handling lines, diamond wires machines and  slabs cutting lines), it is a turnkey data processing system, already configured, which employs internet as communication channel.
The only condition necessary to enter this type of service is an access to internet inside the factory.

A SYSTEM IN CONSTANT EVOLUTION

The old tele-assistance system used the phone channels, analogic or digital, which had the advantage of being extremely diffused and easy in use but which did not guarantee a high connection speed, thus limiting the overall efficiency of the system.
GCS® adopts internet as communication channel since nowadays the diffusion of connections to the net are ever increasing and common even in small factories.

Simplicity

The only condition required to use this new infrastructure is the proximity of an internet access to the control panel. The Customer does not have to configure the system.

Control

The GCS® connection with the network can be activated only by the client himself through a specific control located on the machine; in such  way, the client has the complete control of the remote access of his own machine.

The installation of GASPARI CONNECT SERVICE® will allow you to take advantages of a  24h Service, in practice it is the possibility to have a technician available 24 hours on 24 and 7 days on 7 a week through  remote access, simply, safely and without connection costs.
